At Meshki US, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for store credit on all full-priced items. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Download Shipping Label
Select your preferred return method and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your credit.
Pack and Post
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your Meshki store credit via email within 5-7 business days.
