How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while Express shipping arrives within 1-3 business days. All domestic orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only.
Do I have to pay for customs and duties?
For our US customers, orders under $800 are typically exempt from customs duties. For orders exceeding this amount, taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout.
How do I find my correct size?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. Since our designs are tailored for a body-con fit, we recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our size chart for the best results.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders almost immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes. Please double-check your address and cart before finalizing.
